9 a.m.: meeting at the University of Bucharest with Prof. Marian Preda, President of the Senate of the University of Bucharest   

11 a.m.: transfer to Brasov by bus – departure at the Rectorate building

2 p.m.: arrival to Brasov, accommodation (Hotel Kolping, Str. Petofi Şandor no. 27)
